KAC: Notice of stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KAC) as follows:
- KAC shares are under continued trading restriction (Decision No. 739/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, was late in submitting the Reviewed financial statements 2022 and the Audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure as prescribed at point b, h Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- KAC shares are under trading suspension (Decision No. 49/QD-SGDHN dated 13/02/2023) as the Company was forced into delisting due to serious violation on information disclosure regulations under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations above.
