LTC: Decision on being put on alert

On July 07, 2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 704/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:
- Issuer: Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: LTC
-  Securities type: common stock
- Effective date: July 13, 2023
- Reason: The Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2023 from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date of being put on alert, Low Current -Telecom Joint Stock Company shall report to the HNX to explain the cause and provide remedial measures
