MCG: ​Notice of stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of MCG Energy and Real Estate JSC’s shares (stock code: MCG) as follows: MCG shares are put under alert from 13/7/2023 due to the reason that the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year according to point 2, Article 39 of Enterprise Law as prescribed at point b Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
