AVF: ​​Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 686/QD-SGDHN dated 07/07/2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of  AVF stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises;
- Other reason for trading restriction: the Company was late in submitting Review financial statement 2021, 2022 and the audited Financial Statements 2020, 2021, 2022 for more than 45 days according to the provisions; the company had negative owner equity in Review financial statement 2020; The auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2019
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a, b ,c , h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Anvifish Joint Stock Company send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
