               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Accounting and Finance Department of Huong Son Hydro Power Joint Stocks Company (Address: Km70 – National Highway 8A, Son Kim 1 commune, Huong Son district, Ha Tinh province) on working days from 15/08/2023. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
- Receiving dividends by bank transfer: Shareholders send a written request to receive dividends by bank transfer (under the form of GSM) to Huong Son Hydro Power Joint Stocks Company before August 15, 2023, and enclose the copy. Notarized copies of the following documents: Identity card/citizen identification and Certificate of share ownership as proof of payment.
