IBD: Decision on being put on alert

Following Decision No. 701/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023, HNX announces the being under alert of IBD stock as follows:
- Reason: according to Clause 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year
- Effective date: 13/7/2023
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under alert, Binh Duong General Printing Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
