On July 07, 2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 678/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:
· Base of review: The company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year according to Clause 2, Article 139 of Enterprise Law
· Effective date: July 13, 2023
· Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, H.A.I Agrochem Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
