VPC: ​Notice of stock status

On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of V- Power Investment and Development’s shares (stock code: VPC) as follows:
- VPC shares are put under alert from 13/7/2023 due to the reason that the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year according to point 2, Article 39 of Enterprise Law as prescribed at point b Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- VPC shares are under continued trading restriction according to Decision No. 492/QD-SGDHN dated 22/5/2023: the company had negative equity in the audited financial statements in 2021, the Company was late in submitting audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days according to the provisions at Point b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
