On July 07, 2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 699/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:
- Reason: The Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2023 from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Effective date: July 13, 2023
Within 15 days from the date of being put on alert, FLC Group Joint Stock Company shall report to the HNX to explain the cause and provide remedial measures
