On July 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of FBA International Group JSC’s shares (stock code: FBA) as follows:
- FBA shares are under continued trading restriction (Decision No. 740/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting for the latest two consecutive years from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, it was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2022 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure under Points b and h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Form of trading restriction: Trading is only available every Friday from the date of being put out of trading suspension
- FBA shares are under trading suspension as the Company was forced into delisting out of gross violations on information disclosure regulations under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations above.
