HVN: Cancellation of the Record date

Pursuant to the document no.1025/TCTHK-VP dated 10th July 2023 of Vietnam Airlines Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 11th July 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1784/TB-VSD dated 21st June 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Vietnam Airlines Joint Stock Company needs more time to prepare 2023 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
