Pursuant to the notice no. 10/2023/TB-FLC GAB dated 6th July 2023 of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 Extraordinary general meeting on the record date: 27th June 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 extraordinary general meeting, record date: 27th June 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1740/TB-VSD dated 9th June 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Focusing on preparing materials and contents submitted to the General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
