2. Information after the change:

- Par value: VND 10,000 
- Total number of shares: 15,750,000 
3. Reason for the change: share issuance under ESOP in 2023 according to General Mandate No. 01/2023/PPT/NQ-DHDCD dated 20/04/2023. 
4. Effective date: 12/07/2023.
