CDP: Change of representative to manage capital portion of Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation - JSC

On July 10, 2023, Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company announced Change of representative to manage capital portion of Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation - JSC:
1. Mr. Le Van Son ceased to be the authorized representative to manage the capital portion of Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation - JSC in Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company;
2. Mr. Bui Huu Hien has been appointed as the authorized representative to manage the capital portion of company Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation - JSC in Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company with 5,481,000 shares that equivalent to 30% of charter capital of Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company;
3. Ms. Ha Lan Anh has been appointed as the authorized representative to manage the capital portion of company Vietnam Pharmaceutical Corporation - JSC in Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company with 6,641,500 shares that equivalent to 36.35% of charter capital of Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company.
