          - Exercise rate: 1:1 (shareholders owning 01 shares at record date to exercise rights are entitled to receive 01 purchase rights, with 01 purchase rights shareholders are permitted to buy 01 newly issued share of this issuance)
          - Issue price: VND 10.000 / share
          - Rounding method: due to the rights exercise rate of 1:1 there are no fractional shares. 
          - For odd lot shares and undistributed shares: General Meeting of shareholders will authorize the Board of Directors to decide on subjects, and number of distributions with the aim of maximizing the efficiency of the Company. The offering price of fractional shares is not lower than VND 10,000/share.
          - For odd lot shares and undistributed shares: Handling fractional shares ensures the other conditions according to regulations at Article 42 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 and complies with other conditions according to current law.
          - For odd lot shares and undistributed shares: In case the subjects selected by the Board of Directors for redistribution of shares are the subjects with the requirements of a public offering, subjects have obligations to implement a public offering procedure according to the regulation of the law.
          - For odd lot shares and undistributed shares: shares mentioned above will be restricted from transferring for at least 01 years since the implementation date of the public offering.

          - Times for transfer of share purchase rights: Purchase rights can be transferred only one time. Issued shares will not be prevented from free-floating transferring. Shareholders under the status of transfer restriction are still entitled to receive rights to buy shares. The number of shares bought on the basis of these rights will not be limited from transferring.
