SJC: Cancellation of the Record date

Pursuant to the document no.46/2023/CV-SJC dated 10th July 2023 of SongDa 1.01 Joint Stock Company (SJC) on cancelling the record date fon 16th May 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, record date:16th May 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1397/TB-VSD dated 4th May 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Because the quorum is not met as regulated,  the Annual General Meeting on 28th June 2023 of SJC was not conducted.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
