On July 17, 2023, Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company announced the change in company model and type of financial statements as follows:
I. Information of first registration/before change:
1.     Company model: With subsidiaries and affiliated accounting units
2.     Types of financial statements to disclose information:
-  General financial statements
-  Consolidated Financial Statement
II. Information after change:
1.     Company model: With affiliated accounting units
2.     Types of financial statements to disclose information: General financial statements
3. Reason of changing: Reduce capital contribution/ownership ratio in subsidiaries
