GAB: Notice of stock status

On July 12, 2023, HNX announces the status of FLC Mining Investment & Asset Management Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: GAB) as follows:
- GAB shares are put under trading suspension from 19/07/2023 according to Decision No. 754/QD-SGDHN dated 12/7/2023 because the company is subject to mandatory delisting due to the serious violation of information disclosure according to Point o Section 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020, it belongs to the case to be put under trading suspension according to Point d, Section 1 of Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
