NHT: BOD resolution on selecting the audit firm

According to the Board resolution dated July 11, 2023, the Board of Directors of Nam Hoa Trading and Production Corporation approved the selection of VACO Auditing Company Limited (VACO) as the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.
