ND2: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no. 270/2023/CV-TCKH dated 21st July 2023 of North Electricity Development And Investment Joint Stock Company No 2 (securities code: ND2) regarding changing 2022 cash dividend payment time, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to change of 2022 cash dividend payment time of ND2 shares (record date: 26th June 2023) as follows:
- Announced information in the notice no.1645/TB-VSD dated 30th May 2023 by VSD:
+ Payment time: 25th July 2023
- Changed information:
+ Payment time: 9th October 2023
Reason: From the beginning of 2023 until now, the Company's production and business are not favorable, the hydrology is much worse than that of previous years, the prolonged drought leading to difficulties in power generation and cash flow is not calculated as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
