ART: Transferring registration, depository data of ART shares from UPCOM to HNX

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for ART shares from UPCOM to HNX as follows:
- Total number of registered shares:96,922,509 shares
(Thirty seven million, two hundred and fifty nine thousand, nine hundred and eighty three shares)
- Total value of registered shares: 969,225,090,000VND (Three hundred and seventy two billion, five hundred and ninety nine million, eight hundred and thirty thousandVND) From 15th August 2023, VSD will transfer data of registration and depository of ART shares from UPCOM to HNX.
Reason: BOS Securities Joint Stock Company was delisted on HNX according to Decision No. 771/QD-SGDHN dated 14th July 2023 of Hanoi Stock Exchange. This notice of VSD is for DM's information.
