BBC: Cancellation of the Record date for Corporate Actions Processing

Pursuant to the document no.000175/2023/BBC dated 21st July 2023 of Bibica Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 cash dividend payment and 2023 cash dividend advance payment, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 28th July 2023  for 2022 cash dividend payment and 2023 cash dividend advance payment in accordance with Notice no. 1070/TB-CNVSD dated 17th July 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: the Issuer cancelled the notice of finalizing list of shareholders for 2022 cash dividend payment and 2023 cash dividend advance payment in accordance with the document no.1214/SGDHCM-NY dated 18th July 2023 by Hochiminh Stock Exchange on 2023 cash dividend advance payment to Bibica Joint Stock Company.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
