CMP: Announcement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023

On July 21, 2023, Chan May Port Joint Stock Company held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023. Based on the minutes of verification of the shareholder's eligibility to attend the 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on July 21, 2023, the meeting was ineligible to proceed as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 145 of the Enterprise Law No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020 and Clause 1, Article 19 of the Company's Charter because the number of shareholders who attended the meeting did not have enough voting rights according to the number of shareholders attending the meeting because the number of shareholders attending the meeting was not enough due to the number of shareholders who attended the meeting because the number of shareholders attending the meeting was not enough due to the number of shareholders participating in the voting list. The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2023 on June 16, 2023, was established by the Vietnam Securities Depository.
