PIA: Change in personnel

Petrolimex Information Technology and Telecommunication Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Phan Thanh Son has been dismissed from member of the Board of Directors with effect since 20/07/2023. 
- Ms. Vu Thi  Hang has been dismissed from member of the Supervisory Board with effect since 20/07/2023.
- Mr. Tran Ngoc Tuan has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors for a term of 2021 - 2026 with effect since 20/07/2023.
- Mr. Nguyen Van Quy has been appointed Member of the Board of Directors - Director of the Company for a 5-year term with effect since 20/07/2023.
- Ms. Do Thuy Linh has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board - Deputy Head of Business Department of the Company for a 5-year term (2021-2026) with effect since 20/07/2023.
