DAE: Payment of 2022 Stock Dividend and Bonus share due to raising share capital from owner's equity

1. Payment of 2022 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 100:12 (shareholder are entitled to receive 12 new shares for every 100 shares they own) 
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 186 shares. According to the above execution rate, the shareholder will receive 22.32 shares (186*12)/100=22,32. According to the above principle, Shareholder A will receive 22 new shares; the 0.32 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bonus shares at Educational Book JSC in Da Nang City on working days. ID cards have to be presented.

2. Bonus share due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Execution rate: 1000:165 (shareholders are entitled to receive 165 new shares for every 1000 shares they own).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any): the number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: Shareholder A who owns 186 shares are entitled to receive: (186*165)/1000=30,69. According to the principle of rounding, shareholder A will receive 30 shares, the 0.69 fractional shares will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares due to raising share capital from owner's equity at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive share due to raising share capital from owner's equity at Educational Book JSC in Da Nang City 39 Trinh Dinh Thao, Khue Trung Ward, Cam Le District, Da Nang City on working days. ID cards, original passbooks have to be presented. 
 Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.

Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 11th August 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
