Following Decision No. 2548/QD-SGDHN dated 26/7/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: MHL
- Reason: The company is over 45 days late in submitting the reviewed semi annual financial statements for 2023
- Other reason: The company violates other information disclosure regulation
- Effective date: 31/7/2023
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday. 
- Applicable laws: Point a Section 1 Article 39 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
