CMK: Change in personnel

Vinacomin - MaoKhe Mechanical Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Trong Tot has resigned from Representative of the capital share of TKV in the Company, Chair of the BOD with effect since August 01, 2023;
- Mr. Pham Dang Phu has been appointed Chair of the BOD with effect since August 01, 2023.
