On 28/7/2023, DSC Securities Corporation announced Dispatch No. 5057/UBCK-QLKD of State Securities Commission of Vietnam dated 28/07/2023 on the results of the public offering of shares. In this Dispatch, State Securities Commission of Vietnam mentioned that State Securities Commission of Vietnam received the results of the public offering of shares according to Dispatch No. 155/2023/CV-DSC dated 21/7/2023 of DSC Securities Corporation with the content that DSC Securities Corporation distributed 99,955,225 shares according to Certificate of registration to offer additional shares to the public No. 57/GCN-UBCK dated 19/5/2023.
