VSA: Information disclosure on maximum foreign ownership rate

On 31/07/2023, Vietnam Ocean Shipping Agency Corporation announced Official Dispatch No. 252/CBTT-VOSA as follows: State Securities Commission Official Dispatch sent Official Dispatch No. 5027/UBCK-PTTT dated 27/07/2023 to Vietnam Ocean Shipping Agency Corporation upon receipt of the Corporation’s dossier of information disclosure of maximum foreign ownership rate of VSA stock. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at Vietnam Ocean Shipping Agency Corporation is 0%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
