On August 02, 2023, Vietnam Ocean Shipping Agency Corporation announced receipt of Official Letter No. 7709/VSD-DK.NV dated July 31, 2023 by the Vietnam Securities Depository on adjusted foreign ownership rate of VSA stock. Accordingly, the rate dropped from 49% to 0% with effect from August 01, 2023.
