DDM: Notice of stock status

On August 04, 2023, HNX announces the status of Dong Do Marine Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DDM) as follows:
- DDM shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023 as prescribed at point a Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- DDM shares are under alert due to the reason that the audit organization gives qualified opinion for the Company's annual financial statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at point a Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
