On 04/08/2023, Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 announced Official Dispatch No. 2673/TVD3-VP as follows: State Securities Commission Official Dispatch sent Official Dispatch No. 5173/UBCK-PTTT dated 04/08/2023 to Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 upon receipt of the Corporation’s dossier of information disclosure of maximum foreign ownership rate of TV3 stock. Accordingly, the maximum foreign ownership rate at Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 3 is 50%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
