          - Exercise rate: 3.6%/share (shareholders receive VND 360 for every share they own)
          - Exercise date: 31/08/2023
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: 
· In cash: Shareholders carry out procedures to receive dividends at the Finance - Accounting Department of Tuyen Quang Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company starting from August 31, 2022.  Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
· By bank transfer: Shareholders are requested to send full account information in writing to the Finance - Accounting Department of Tuyen Quang Water Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company.
