On August 07, 2023, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) announced Official Dispatch No. 4757/BSR-VPHDQT as follow:
On August 05, 2023, the Board of Directors of BSR approved the transaction with the related person, namely Petro Vietnam Oil Joint Stock Corporation (PVOIL), specifically: Approving the results of long-term purchase of Rang Dong crude oil for the period from October 01, 2023 to February 29, 2024 with PVOIL.
