CT3: Change in personnel

Project 3 Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Nguyen Vu Binh Thien has been appointed Person in charge of Corporate Governance cum Company Secretary for the term 2023-2028 with effect since 08/08/2023;
- Ms. Nguyen Kim Chinh has resigned from Person in charge of Corporate Governance with effect since 08/08/2023.
