PXM: ​Notice of stock status

On August 09, 2023, HNX announces the status of Mien Trung Petroleum Construction JSC’s shares (stock code: PXM) as follows: PXM shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement 2023, the auditing organization gave adverse opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at points a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
