VE2: Shares could be delisted

The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following: VE2 shares of VNECO2 Electricity Construction Joint-Stock Company are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point h, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due the auditor declined to comment on the company's 2022 financial statements. The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of VE2 shares.
HNX requests VNECO2 Electricity Construction Joint-Stock Company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
