          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Finance and Accounting department of Hai Duong Water Joint Stock Company (No. 10, Hong Quang Street, Quang Trung Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province) on working days from 25/09/2023. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
          Shareholders receive dividends by bank transfer: If you register for a transfer (or change your registered information), please send it before September 25, 2023 at the Finance and Accounting Department.
