DTG: Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend and 2022 stock dividend

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

a. Payment of 2022 cash dividend
- Payment rate: 5%/share (500 VND per share).
- Payment time: 15th September 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, Lot 08-09, Tan My Chanh Industrial and Handicraft Cluster, Ward 9, My Tho City, Tien Giang on working days from 15th September 2023. ID cards have to be presented.
Note:
·     Holders who receive the 2022 dividend in cash have to present the Certificate of Share Ownership and the original ID. In case of authorization, a legal power of attorney enclosed with the Certificate of Shares ownership, notarized ID of the authorizer and original ID of the authorized person have to be presented
·     Holders who receive dividends by bank transfer will send a request to notify the account number - Bank branch and beneficiary to the Accounting Department - Tipharco Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company - Address: Lot 08, 09 CCN and TTCN Tan My Chanh, Ward 9, City. My Tho, Tien Giang Province.
b. Payment of 2022 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 15%/share (shareholders are entitled to receive 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding handling fractional shares: The number of shares for dividend payment will be rounded to the whole number, the fractional shares will be removed
For example, on record date, shareholder A owns 155 shares,  he shall be entitled to 23.25 shares (155*15% = 23,25). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 29 new shares and the 0.25 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Lot 08, 09 CCN and TTCN Tan My Chanh, Ward 9, City. My Tho, Tien Giang Province. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 29th August 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
