On August 17, 2023, HNX announces the status of Huu Lien Asia Corporation's shares (stock code: HLA) as follows: HLA shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2020; the company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2020, 2021, 2022 and reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2021, 2022, 2023 for over 45 days (fiscal year from 01st October of the previous year to 30th September of the following year); the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent fiscal year according to the Article 2, Clause 139 of Enterprise Law; it belongs to the cases as prescribed at points a, b, h Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
