- Stock code: L61
- Effective date: 24/8/2023
- Reason: The accumulated loss is higher than charter capital on the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023
- Applicable law: Point c, Clause 1 Article 38 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
In addition, arccoding to Decision No. 286/QD-SGDHN dated 04/4/2023, L61 shares are under alert as the undistributed profit on Audited Financial Statements 2022 is negative and the auditor gave a qualified opinion on Audited Financial Statements 2022.
