ART: Notice on status of ART shares

On 18/08/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on status of ART shares as follows:
ART stock is put under trading suspension under Decision No. 864/QD-SGDHN dated August 18, 2023 out of the Company's serious violations on obligation to disclosure information under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
