ART: Stock under trading suspension

On 18/08/2023, HNX announces that the following stock will be suspended for trading as follows:
- Issuer: BOS Securities Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: ART
- Reason: the Company is forced into delisting out of serious violations on the obligation to disclose information under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Securities
- Effective date: 25/08/2023
The Company must explain the reason and solution to overcome this situation in document to HNX and disclose information.
