          - Exercise rate: 01 share - 01 voting rights
     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 5%/share (Shareholders recieve VND 500 for every share they own)
          - Exercise date: 20/12/2023
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Tung Kuang Industrial JSC on working days from 20/12/2023. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate: 1,000:100 (Shareholders recieve 100 new shares for every 1,000 share they own)
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Tung Kuang Industrial JSC (No. 3, Road 2A, Bien Hoa II Industrial Park, Dong Nai) on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above 
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit; fractional shares (if any) will be canceled. 
- Example: Shareholder A owns 107 shares, the number of shares received as dividend payment are temporarily calculated as follow: 107*0.1=10,7 shares. According to rounding principle, the number of new shares which shareholder A will receive is 10 shares. Fractional shares (0.7 shares) will be removed.
