CDP: Change of authorized representative to manage capital portion

On August 21, 2023, Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company announced the change of authorized representative to manage Vinapharm's capital portion at Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company as follow:
1. Mr. Bui Huu Hien (number of shares as representative: 4,814,500 shares, 26.35% charter capital of Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company);
2. Ms. Ha Lan Anh (number of shares as representative: 3,654,000 shares, 20% charter capital of Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company);
3. Ms. Lu Thi Khanh Tran (number of shares as representative: 3,654,000 shares, 20% charter capital of Codupha Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company).
