QHD: Information disclosure on maximum foreign ownership rate

On 22/08/2023, Viet-Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company announced Official Dispatch No. 290/TB-QHD as follows: According to point d clause 1 Article 139 Decree 155/2020/ND-CP issued on 31/12/2020 by the Government: “The public company is out of the cases regulated at point a, b, c clause 1 this Article, the maximum foreign ownership rate is no limited.’’ Therefore, the maximum foreign ownership rate of Viet-Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company is 100%.
