CMP: Announcement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 (2nd time)

On August 18, 2023, Chan May Port Joint Stock Company held the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 (2^nd time). Based on the minutes of verification of the shareholder's eligibility to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 (2^nd time) dated August 18, 2023, the meeting was ineligible to proceed as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 145 of the Enterprise Law No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020 and Clause 2, Article 19 of the Company's Charter because the number of shareholders acting as representatives to attend the meeting does not reach enough 33% of the total number of votes of CMP according to the list of shareholders entitled to attend Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 dated June 16, 2023 established by the Vietnam Securities Depository.
