TCB: Transfer of Ownership for 300,000 shares

According to document No. 5181/UBCK-PTTT dated 4th August 2023 by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam and the dossier for ownership transfer of TCB shares, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation would like to announce completion of ownership transfer of 300,000 TCB shares from individuals to the Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
