BSR: ​Information disclosure about transactions with related persons

On August 25, 2023, Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company (BSR) announced Official Dispatch No. 5192/BSR-VPHDQT as follow:
On August 25, 2023, the Board of Directors of BSR approved the transaction with the related person, the Branch of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group namely Biendong Petroleum Operating Company (BIENDONG POC),, specifically: Approving the cooperation and signing signed a Memorandum of Understanding on long-term supply of Hai Thach Condensate for Dung Quat Oil Refinery in the period January 01, 2024 - December 31, 2026 with BIENDONG POC.
