ART: ​The second Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders 2023is not eligible to hold

On August 24, 2023, BOS Securities Joint Stock Company announced Official Dispatch No. 100/2023/CBTT-BOS as follows:
The second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023, convened on August 24, 2023, was not eligible to be conducted as prescribed in Article 145 of the Enterprise Law 2020 and Article 23 of the Company's Charter. This is because the number of shareholders attending the meeting did not exceed more than 50% of the total votes of the Company according to the list of shareholders entitled to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 prepared by the Securities Depository Center on July 31, 2023.
The invitation letter to the second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 will be sent to shareholders by the Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the Company's Charter.
